During our ’80 Hours’ of critical training individuals will be pushed both physically and mentally. This training is designed to mimic both the physical and mental stressors that firefighters endure on the fireline every day.

Proper nutrition, hard work, and dedication during the winter will aid applicants to be successful during the critical training.
